Breakfast Martini

This drink is completely brilliant. Alternately nibble the toast garnish and sip the drink to get an alcoholic evocation of a long breakfast in a country house hotel.

The Breakfast Martini was invented in 2000 at the Lanesborough Hotel, London by the bar keeping royalty that is Salvatore Calabrese.
