Breakfast Martini
Ingredients
- 50ml dry gin
- 20ml Cointreau or triple sec
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 spoon orange marmalade
- Toast cut into small squares to garnish

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with the toast on the rim of the glass.
