Whomever bought Harry Craddock a bottle of apricot brandy for his bar at the Savoy deserves a medal. For the second week running we have a Craddock recipe that includes this fruity treat, and it is just lovely. The Paradise first appears in print in Craddock’s 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book. Variations have been made with bitters and the like, but we are presenting the original.
