Drink

Yellow Daisy

Appearing in Harry Craddock’s Savoy Cocktail Book, this cocktail is credited to frontiersman Richard Clarke, who self-styled as ‘Deadwood Dick,’ and was known to hang out with the likes of Buffalo Bill and Calamity Jane. The drink has nothing in common with the mainline of ‘Daisy‘ cocktails, which are generally more like a Margarita.
