Fanciful G&T

The Fanciful G&T appears in Fever Tree – The Art of Mixing — a compilation of long drinks commissioned by the Fever Tree mixers company. Tjhi blueberry-spiked standard G&T was contributed by Ella Neilson, who was working at Gin Palace in Melbourne =, Australia at the time of publication. Neilson appears to have moved on to the Union Electric Bar, also in Melbourne.

Ingredients

• 4 frozen blueberries
• 50ml dry gin
• Top with tonic water

Instructions

Add the gin and blueberries to a wine glass and fill with ice. Pour in tonic to top and lightly stir.

Garnish with apple slices and a bay leaf.
