This riff on the Old Fashioned was invented by me (it is named for the number of my house) in 2019 for friends Ian and Steph Pinches after a long evening of more traditional cocktails.

We quite liked it, so we wrote it down.

Ingredients

• 50ml bourbon
• 50ml triple sec
• Double dash of Angostura orange bitters
• 25ml lemon juice

Instructions

Mix the ingredients in an Old Fashioned glass. Fill the glass with ice, stir again and garnish with a slip of orange peel.
