Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri

The Daiquiri is a serious cocktail with serious origins in the US Navy. It was invented in Santiago de Cuba one night when the gin ran out, and became the go-to tipple at the Pentagon.

Every subsequent derivation of it (with a few exceptions like the Hemingway) are really a bit of fun. None more so than this frozen pineapple-flavoured cocktail.

Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri

  • 60ml Bacardi Carta Blanca white rum
  • 45ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 25ml simple syrup



Blitz the ingredients in a blender with a good handful of ice. Pour into a Martini glass and garnish with fruit.
