The Malibu Sunset is a tropical riff on the infamous Tequila Sunrise. The original tequila version was popularised by the Rolling Stones on their legendary 1972 ‘Tequila Sunrise and Cocaine Tour.’ The Malibu drink swaps the base alcohol, cuts the orange with pineapple, and switches its moniker to the end of the day.
