Apricot Cosmo

Adding apricot jam to a Cosmopolitan is the same idea as adding marmalade to gin to make a Breakfast Martini (which, in turn, is nothing like and actual Martini). This cocktail was invented in 2004 at the Aura Kitchen & Bar, London. The bar claims to do some or other undefinable stuff to your ‘chakras’ via the medium of getting steadily pissed on a series of inventive cocktails.

The Aura can be found at 763–765 Harrow Rd, London, Wembley HA0 2LW, United Kingdom.
