This drink was invented in 2002 by Yannick Miseriaux who was, at the time, presiding over the 5th Floor Bar at Harvey Nichols in London. We have no idea where Yannick is now.

Ingredients

• 50ml white rum
• 50ml pineapple juice
• 25ml coconut rum
• Half tbsp Kahlua
• 1 tbsp lime juice

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a piece of pineapple.
