Like the Harvey Wallbanger and the Moscow Mule, the Flat White Martini was born of an ingredient looking for a home. Startled by the success of the bitter-sweet Espresso Martini and inspired by the emergence of flat white coffee preparations, the marketing team at Bailey’s came up with the Flat White Martini … which is not remotely like an actual Martini. Ingredients

• 25ml fresh espresso
• 25ml vodka
• 50ml Bailey's Irish cream

Instructions

Shake all the ingredients over ice and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with some coffee beans.
