Surrey Slider

OK, hands up. I have no idea where this recipe came from. Given its simplicity, I imagine it got invented at a party in Surrey where they ran out of vodka and Galliano and could not continue to make beer barrels full of Harvey Wallbangers. I hope that is true.

Anyway, this is definitely a summer drink, and as we are at the end of summer it high time we all made one.

Ingredients

• 75ml white rum (eek!)
• 25ml peach schnapps
• Orange juice
• 1 orange slice

Instructions

Nearly fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

Pour in the rum, peach schnapps, and orange juice.

Stir good and proper and add an orange garnish.
