Californian Martini

There is no history on this, and there are various versions of it, one of which includes red wine. It is also odd that there would be a drink called a Californian Martini given the San Francisco is one of the two cities that lays claim to the invention of the actual Martini.

This drink is not one of my favourites, but I will let you be the judge.

Ingredients

• 50ml vodka
• 25ml Grand Marnier
• 15 ml Martini Extra Dry vermouth
• Dash of orange Angostura bitters

Instructions

Stir all the ingredients with ice and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
